Healthy workplaces are spaces where people of all ages feel comfortable, respected, and valued. In this class, your host will guide you through exploring your workplace dynamics and planning for how to increase acceptance, accessibility, and inclusion for employees of all ages. You’ll leave with more awareness and confidence in supporting your employees and celebrating age differences. Once the therapist has guided you through exercises and personal reflections, they'll open up the class for questions. You'll be able to ask our therapist anything, anonymously.
