Creating Space to Recharge

Most of us live with our nervous system on overload.  We say we need more “down time” but have we actually designated time or space to recharge?  Not just sleep, but space to actually recharge our batteries?  Join us to learn how to create a physical space in your home for rest and rejuvenation, then we will experience a short rest meditation to help you relax.

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that supports the nervous system to rest and rejuvenate.  You can practice sitting, reclining, or lying down in your home, workplace, or even your car. Using breath sensing, body sensing and guided imagery your mind is guided to the deepest state of relaxation imaginable, returning to daily life more calm and productive.
