Introduction to Mindfulness

with Liz Korabek-Emerson, Certified Mindfulness Teacher


Join us for this informative session on Mindfulness. You will learn how developing meditation skills help you to manage pain, promote health and wellness, and develop a more positive response to stress. You will have an opportunity to learn about the 4 week Mindfulness in Everyday Life Program and the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR).
