Rest, Relax and Rejuvenate 30 Minute Mini-Series

Do you often feel stressed, overwhelmed, or exhausted?  Most of us live with our nervous system on overload.  Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that supports the nervous system to rest and rejuvenate.  You can practice sitting, reclining, or lying down in your home, workplace, or even your car. Using breath sensing, body sensing and guided imagery your mind is guided to the deepest state of relaxation imaginable, returning to daily life more calm and productive. 

In this 3-week mini-series, you’ll try a different meditation each week to help you release exhaustion, release tension and discover natural energy within you.  You’ll also get a 5-minute mini-practice that you can use anytime during the day when you need a re-set!

Class 3 - Discovering Natural Energy
