The Practice of Loving-Kindness

with Liz Korabek-Emerson, Certified Mindfulness Teacher


Protecting ourselves emotionally can often be used as a self-preservation strategy under stress, but has a downside of becoming numb, less empathetic and sometimes results in shutting down to our own emotions.  Learn how practicing a little loving kindness can help you to stay emotionally grounded with challenging people and situations. Participants will learn the basic principle of loving kindness and a small practice they can use at the workplace, at home and daily life.
