Turn Towards the Good

Our brains have a natural negative bias.  It’s easier to see what’s wrong than what’s right, even in the best of times.  We can train our brains to be more open to the good in our lives with HEAL, a mindfulness exercise developed by neuropsychologist, Rick Hansen PhD, author of Hardwiring Happiness.  Participants will learn the HEAL technique and how to integrate it into their lives to strengthen resiliency.
