This series focuses on relevant topics that cause stress and anxiety throughout the year and how using EFT Tapping can bring peace and calm to your particular concerns. We may explore topics such as: overwhelmed, restless sleep, muscle aches/headaches. We’ll discuss the core principles of EFT Tapping and share live experiences including followup for your personal use.  EFT is a scientifically proven mind-body stress reduction technique that taps into the same energy meridians as acupuncture, without the needles. This technique is a quick way to reduce stress related to emotional upsets that can cause physical pain. We'll share the basics of EFT Tapping, and how it’s used as a complementary therapy to western medicine. You’ll learn how to use this easy and profound technique on yourself!
