As a manager, you have the important responsibility of creating a safe workplace environment where your employees feel supported. To do this, it’s important to focus on being an example to your employees, sending clear messages, meeting consistently and candidly with your direct reports, and building a culture of appreciation and mental health awareness. In this class, your host will equip you with the practical skills to do all of these things so that you can build healthy relationships with your employees and create a work culture you can feel proud of. Once the therapist has guided you through exercises and personal reflections, they'll open up the class for questions. You'll be able to ask our therapist anything, anonymously. Note: your attendance is completely anonymous and there is no audio or video required to ask questions. Can't join live? That’s okay! Many people prefer to use on-demand videos. Everyone who signs up will gain access to the live video recording.

Your body image is the way you think, feel, and behave in regard to your physical appearance. It is completely unique to you and has developed over the course of your experiences. When positive body image is damaged, your relationship health is directly affected, too. Research shows that you can feel safe and comfortable in your physical body and enjoy greater intimacy with your partner. In this class, you’ll begin by mapping your body narrative. Then, you'll practice paying attention to your body cues, emotions and thoughts.
