This technique is a quick way to reduce stress related to emotional upsets that can cause physical pain. We'll share the basics of EFT Tapping, and how it’s used as a complementary therapy to western medicine. You’ll learn how to use this easy and profound technique on yourself!

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that supports the nervous system to rest and rejuvenate. You can practice sitting, reclining, or lying down in your home, workplace, or even your car. Using breath sensing, body sensing and guided imagery your mind is guided to the deepest state of relaxation imaginable, returning to daily life more calm and productive. You will receive a recording of this session to practice anytime you wish.
