The good news is that while you can’t make friends for your kid, you can support them in managing their anxiety. In this class, your host will give you practical strategies for working with your kid to calm themselves, and then to equip them with social skills, problem-solving skills, and tools to interrupt negative thinking. Once the therapist has guided you through exercises and personal reflections, they'll open up the class for questions. You'll be able to ask our therapist anything, anonymously.
