Unaddressed work and career concerns can leave you unhappy, frustrated, unfulfilled, anxious, unappreciated, and dissatisfied. These feelings experienced over a long period can take a toll on your job performance, quality of life, physical and emotional health. These feelings are warning signs that something is not right. If this is you, then the best step is intentionally taking the time to dig deeper and determine what your career concerns are. In this class, your host will guide you through three steps to help you clarify and determine your career concern so that you can do something about it. Once the therapist has guided you through exercises and personal reflections, they'll open up the class for questions. You'll be able to ask our therapist anything, anonymously. Note: your attendance is completely anonymous and there is no audio or video required to ask questions. Can't join live? That’s okay! Many people prefer to use on-demand videos. Managing Work Stress

Stress and work are inevitably linked and there's no escaping the reality that your work life will at times feel stressful. The best way to approach work stress is to learn healthy ways to manage it. In this class, your host will guide you through creating healthy boundaries toward colleagues, work projects, and communication mediums that help you reduce the impact of work stress.
