Sometimes, your relationship feels stuck. Like you’ve tried everything to heal a conflict, but the same patterns keep emerging. It might feel like these conflicts are insurmountable. But research shows there is hope. In this class, you'll learn how to: pay attention to your emotional attachment, identify your conflict cycle & your roles, move toward each other, identify “flooding” & plan for breaks, and use the communication equation. Once the therapist has guided you through exercises and personal reflections, they'll open up the class for questions. You'll be able to ask our therapist anything, anonymously. Note: your attendance is completely anonymous and there is no audio or video required to ask questions. Can't join live? That’s okay! Many people prefer to use on-demand videos. Everyone who signs up will gain access to the live video recording.

Does your kid seem more intense, more particular in likes and dislikes, or more sensitive than other kids? Sensory issues can impact a child to seek out additional sensory input or to feel overwhelmed by seemingly normal sensory experiences. Parenting a kid with sensory needs can feel overwhelming and confusing, and learning to help them takes time and alternative approaches. In this class, your host will help you learn how to become an expert on your child. You’ll leave with strategies for calming them, managing their triggers, and building a healthy connection between you.
